Pre and Post-Natal Clients

Our classes are all pre and post-natal safe, with modifications made for your pregnancy. At the beginning of each class, our instructors will screen for injuries and pregnancies – if this is you (or if you’ve just had your little one – congrats!) let us know, and we’ll make the necessary modifications.


Our instructors are trained in pre and post-natal mat pilates, however, for any specific concerns please always consult with your health professional before attending.
